Robert Beyer

Robert Beyer is the founder and managing principal of RISE8 Companies. He has over 20 years of experience in nearly all aspects of commercial real estate. He has served as an attorney and financial advisor to real estate investment and management companies throughout the United States. His experience includes real estate acquisitions and dispositions, management, debt and equity raising, joint venture formation, and loan restructuring. His knowledge of real estate investment, management, finance, and law, sophisticated problem-solving skills, and aggressive approach to seizing opportunities serve as a distinct competitive advantage. Before founding RISE8, Beyer served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of a real estate investment and management firm with $750 million in apartment, commercial, and lodging properties in the southwestern United States with a primary focus on acquiring and repositioning motel assets into an extended-stay living concept. Prior, Beyer also served as a Vice President at RELATED, one of the most respected development companies in the United States. Beyer holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami, a J.D., magna cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, and a Master of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the state bar of Nevada and holds a real estate broker’s license in Florida.
