Robert (Bob) Barrineau is a Senior Vice President with CBRE's Charleston office specializing in industrial real estate, with a focus on port and logistics related properties. His business philosophy is led by a tireless work ethic and sincere professionalism. Mr. Barrineau represents clients in the sale and lease of industrial buildings, site acquisitions, build-to-suits, tenant representation and industrial investment sales.

Mr. Barrineau has over 18 years of experience in construction, appraisal, leasing and sales of industrial properties in the Charleston area. Since 2009, Mr. Barrineau has been involved in the sale and leasing of over 17.5 million square feet of industrial property. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Barrineau was a real estate appraiser for four years.

Bob has previously served on boards and committees of the Trident United Way, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Operation Home, Neighbors Helping Neighbors and the National Education Committee for Kappa Alpha Order.
