Bio
Robert Aycock has over 35 years of real estate experience in the DFW market. He has a critical eye for site selection and is well known in the DFW market for his project leasing and tenant representation expertise.
Robert serves as Tenant Representative for TJX Companies, representing the company's Home Goods, TJ Maxx and Marshall's brands. Over the past 20 years, Robert has worked with TJX Companies to complete over 120 deals throughout Texas and the Southwest.
Robert is also revered for his project leasing work on high-profile power centers such as Center at Preston Ridge, Village at Allen and Denton Crossing. He has represented projects for landlords and owners, including New Plan, Kimco, the MG Herring Company, Prudential, Weber & Company, Vista Property Company, Blue Star Development, Oakridge Investments and the Seitz Group, to name a few.
Robert joined CBRE through its merger with UCR in 2015. Prior to UCR, Robert was Principal at Princeton Partners for 17 years. Previously, Robert served as Managing Director for both First Preston Realty and Newport Realty. Robert started his career in real estate with Sherwood Blount.
Before he entered the real estate industry, Robert worked for the Lincoln Mercury division of the Ford Motor Company in Minneapolis, MN where he completed their management training program.
Robert is a Texas native and grew up in Farmersville, Texas. He is passionate about SMU sports and served for five years on the Mustang Club Board of Directors. Outside of work, Robert enjoys quail hunting, fishing and playing golf.
