Bio
Robert Arron spearheads all leasing and marketing efforts for Vulcan’s real estate development projects. He has negotiated five million square feet of commercial leases for the company. Arron serves as Vulcan's liaison with the brokerage community and also manages relationships with prospective tenants. He has more than 25 years of experience leading leasing, listing brokerage, asset management and acquisition and disposition teams. Previous experience: Prior to joining Vulcan in 2004, Robert served as Vice President with Kearny Real Estate Company (an operating partner of the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund) in Los Angeles. Robert has also served as a Project Director with Spieker Properties in Los Angeles and as a Senior Property Manager with Trammell Crow Company in Seattle. He was also General Manager of the Bank of America Tower for the Norman Company. Education: BA from Occidental College, MBA from the University of Southern California
