Bio
Rob is one of the premier rising stars in the Silicon Valley brokerage business today. His specialty is Office and R&D product types, with an emphasis on landlord agency and tenant representation. This balanced approach provides a distinctive platform for offering critical perspective and differentiating value. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rob worked with a regional developer and serviced a 500,000 square foot portfolio across commercial office, R&D, industrial, and medical product types.
A San Jose native, Rob possesses a keen, intuitive sense of Bay Area market drivers – enabling him to quickly adapt to and evolve with the incredibly dynamic, ever-changing conditions of the Silicon Valley.
Rob currently resides in San Jose with his fiancé and their two dogs. He enjoys surfing, fitness, music, and spending quality time with family and friends.
