As a Co-Founder and Managing Director, Rob has focused on Pace’s growth initiatives and new development opportunities for over 34 years. His experience includes the acquisition, management, and development of various community shopping centers, office buildings, and mixed-use properties. In 1994, Rob started Pace’s corporate real estate advisory services practice and was responsible for aligning this business unit with Cresa, an international tenant advisory organization. Currently, he is leading Pace’s private equity fund in value investing and developing an urban, mixed use property in St. Louis’s Loop District. Completing his undergraduate studies at Denison University, Rob also holds a Master Degree in Architecture from Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University. Rob is a licensed architect and a licensed real estate broker in Missouri. Rob spends his free time serving in professional and non-profit organizations such as Urban Land Institute, Washington University’s Alumni Board of Governors, The Repertory Theater of St. Louis, and Fathers’ Support Center. He also enjoys fishing, hunting, and sports car racing.
