Bio
Mr. Schweitzer has a diversified origination, underwriting, and securities background. At Cushman & Wakefield he is responsible for the agency underwriting team in Charlotte. Prior to his multifamily related work, he ran the collateral underwriting teams at leading financial institutions and is skilled in construction, CMBS, and mezzanine lending/financing. He has spent much of his direct exposure running large portfolios, including work with the specialty products and senior housing group. Mr. Schweitzer was previously with BlackRock, Regions Bank, Wachovia Securities, Prudential Mortgage Capital, and NationsBanc Capital Markets.
