Rob LeDoux, Director, is a 10-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, specializing exclusively in the sale of institutional-quality multifamily properties throughout Northern California. Since joining Newmark in 2014, Mr. LeDoux has been involved in the sale of nearly 10,000 apartment units representing over $2 billion in total sales volume. He has earned a reputation amongst his clients and peers for his strong work ethic, eclectic skill set, and knowledge in all facets of a sales transaction, including financial analysis, market research, pricing strategy, marketing, due diligence review, escrow management and contract negotiations.

Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. LeDoux worked as an analyst with Pacific Urban Residential, an industry-leading West Coast apartment investor based in Palo Alto. Before that, he worked with the multifamily division of Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield) in San Francisco. Mr. LeDoux was born and raised in the Bay Area, and is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in political economy. He is a third-generation real estate professional and has been a licensed real estate salesman in the state of California since 2008. Mr. LeDoux is an active member of ULI and NAIOP, a founding member of The BARE Club (Berkeley Alumni in Real Estate) and is an avid Bay Area sports enthusiast.
