Rob Bellamy is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal overseeing the Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Portfolio Management of Vita Equities.

Rob has been entwined in investment real estate for a decade. His dedication to the pursuit of deals has led him to purchase multiple, highly successful, investment properties.

Prior to co-founding Vita Equities, Rob worked as a broker with Marcus & Millichap. From 2017-2022 Rob managed the sale of numerous multifamily and retail assets throughout CA.

Rob graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy, Planning, and Development with an emphasis on Real Estate Development.

Vita Equities is a fully integrated real estate investment firm. We focus on acquiring and re-positioning, value-add multi-family and commercial properties throughout California. Utilizing extensive renovations and our top tier management, we can successfully drive our net operating income (NOI) and create value in our investments.
