Rob brings has over 25 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry specializing in land sales and pre-development. His key skills include site analysis, feasibility of project and site selection for client base. Prior to joining Greenstone, Rob was with Carter & Associates specializing in land and investment sales brokerage. Rob also worked with Julian LeCraw & Co. and The Columns Group. He received his Bachelor of Business Adminstration from The University of Georgia.

Greenstone is a privately owned, boutique real estate firm based in Atlanta.  Greenstone is boutique by design, as our principals desire to practice real estate rather than management and endeavor to be project driven rather than overhead driven.  We enjoy the opportunity to provide high quality service to our clients and customers and the opportunity to create value for our investors.

While Greenstone principals are responsible for specific functional disciplines, we are generalists and entrepreneurs by nature, which allows us to embrace a full range of real estate opportunities.  In short, we are a full service real estate company with broad experience in office development, retail development and land management.

We develop speculatively for our own account, but also specialize in providing buld to suit solutions for corporate users.  Under either scenario, we believe that the underlying real estate is the critical component from which design and development is incorporated to create vertical projects of meaningful scope and quality.

We have had the privilege to work with architectural firms such as Pickard Chilton, Wakefield Beasley, Cooper Carry and HOK, general contractors such as Brasfield Gorrie, Hardin and Beck, and to deliver real estate solutions for Newell Rubbermaid, Ernst & Young, Siebel Systems, Fireman’s Funds, The Hartford, Nortel, Landis & Gyr, Earthlink, Cingular Wireless, The Southern Company, Bass, Berry & Sims as well as many other quality organizations and institutions.
