RJ Mirabile joined CBRE in 2023 as an Associate, specializing in retail investment sales throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. His primary focus is assisting clients through acquisitions, dispositions, and 1031-exchanges when they are active in the market. RJ is a member of CBRE’s National Retail Partners (NRP), which is the leading retail investment sales team in the country, backed by the most powerful retail and capital markets platform in the world.

Prior to joining CBRE, RJ worked for Jones Lang LaSalle as an analyst in their Capital Markets Group. In this role his responsibilities included underwriting and financial analysis, assisting in the due diligence process, conducting thorough market analysis, and providing strategic insights for various investment sales projects. Before JLL, he worked at Vectra Capital, a proprietary trading firm based out of New York City that specializes in energy derivatives.

RJ attended Fairfield University for his undergraduate degree, where he competed on the Division I men’s tennis team. He earned his Master’s in Business Administration at Villanova University with a focus in finance and real estate.
