Bio
R.J.’s primary responsibility is the oversight of all development activities run out of NorthPoint’s St. Louis office. He has over 17 years of development and construction experience in a wide array of projects including industrial, senior living, self-storage, healthcare and life sciences. R.J. earned his B.S. in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology as well as an MBA from the University of Kansas. He has been with NorthPoint for over 7 years and previously worked as a project manager for a construction management firm.
