Ritesh Patel

Ritesh Mr. Patel joined Virtú in 2002 and as CIO, is responsible for investment strategy, real estate market dynamics analysis, capital markets assessment, as well as the successful acquisition and disposition of assets. Ritesh has headed the acquisition of over 96 properties worth $1.9 billion, as well as the disposition of over 86 properties. Prior experience includes being an Associate in a Venture Capital firm, Saffron Hill Ventures, in London and a Strategy and Operations Consultant at CSC/APM Management Consultants in San Francisco Education Ritesh earned his MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA, his BS in Industrial Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a BA in Management Engineering from Claremont McKenna College.
