Rick Villegas

Rick Villegas has over 27 years of experience in the housing and construction industry. In his role, Rick manages Avanath’s capital expenditures, including but not limited to, budgeting for new acquisitions, due diligence for all assets under consideration, vendor management and development and execution of all capital projects and improvements and staff management. Prior to joining Avanath in 2015, Rick worked as a Project Manager for several large national multi-family apartment housing companies including Laramar Group, Carmel Partners, BRE, Archstone, and Western National Construction.
