Rick Salinas

Rick is a director in the San Francisco office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He specializes in multi-housing debt and equity placement throughout the western United States.

Rick started at HFF in April 2018. Before that, he was a senior director in Berkadia's Mortgage Banking office, where he focused on multifamily loan production in the western region with an emphasis on GSE, life company and bridge lending. Previously, he worked for 10 years at Wells Fargo with positions in the multifamily capital group and the capital markets group. He's a board member of the Bay Area Mortgage Association and a member of Urban Land Institute and CCIM. Rick is a Bay Area native and studied at the University of San Francisco and San Francisco State University.
