First Vice President

Job Functions: Investment Sales & Acquisitions, Landlord Representation

Bio

Rick Rensi joined CBRE in the mid-1980s and began an impressive career leasing suburban office properties.  With over 25 years experience representing landlords and property owners, Rick is responsible for a portfolio of over 750,000 square feet of office space in the Dallas-Fort Worth marketplace.

In 1993, Rick had the opportunity to join the Patriot American Group at its inception when the portfolio was approximately 60% leased. Effective upon the merger with Mack-Cali in 1997, the 900,000 square foot office portfolio reached a stabilized occupancy of 95%.  Mr. Rensi then transitioned these assets to the private sector and joined Insignia/ESG in 2001, which CBRE subsequently acquired.
