Rick Kaplan is an Executive Vice Chairman located in the Orange County office of C&W. Mr. Kaplan began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 1981. He has represented numerous major corporations and professional service firms on a local, regional, national, and international basis and has completed in excess of 2,500 lease and sale transactions for major corporations and professional firms. He is consistently named among the top brokers in the United States.
Mr. Kaplan received a Bachelors of Science degree in real estate finance from California State University at Fullerton. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California.
