Rick Hart is highly regarded by his clients and his peers for his strategic negotiation advisory. Since 2008, Mr. Hart has specialized in representation of tenants, landlords and investors in the negotiation of complex leases and sale transactions throughout the greater eastside and south-end office markets. Offering his clients a unique perspective from both sides of the table, he is able to provide them with sound transaction experience as well as a broad understanding of commercial real estate services resulting in successful, well rounded and clearly defined solutions to their facility needs.
Mr. Hart currently represents over 1.2 million square feet of Class A office space. Throughout his career, his tenant and landlord transactions have exceeded 3 million square feet.
