Bio
Rick Griffin is Partner and Chief Investment Officer of R.J. Kelly Co., Inc. (RJK). As Partner and CIO, he is responsible for deal sourcing, equity and debt capitalization, underwriting, due diligence, contract negotiations and transaction closings. Over his 30 year career, Rick has been involved in all aspects of real estate including acquisitions, development, asset management, leasing and transaction structuring. Rick maintains very strong relationships with the commercial brokerage, debt and real estate equity communities. He has held positions at Recoll Management Corp, Fleet Financial Group, Fleet Real Estate Capital, KS Partners LLC, Northeast Investment and Development, AEW Capital Management, L.P., and Berkeley Investments, Inc. Rick is a graduate of Bryant College and is a member of NAIOP, ULI, REIAC and ICSC. Rick lives with his wife and three children west of Boston.
