Rick Bower

Rick Bower is responsible for the capital market activities for JLB Partners. Over his twenty-seven year career, Rick has been involved in multiple facets of real estate finance including debt and equity procurement for a national developer and acquisition fund, debt procurement for a large national opportunity fund and debt procurement and investor relations for a publicly traded REIT. Additionally, Rick spent the first nine years of his career as a real estate lender. Rick has negotiated and closed in excess of $2.5 billion of real estate capital transactions. Prior to joining JLB Partners, Rick spent five years as Senior Vice President of Finance for Cypress Equities and Arrow Retail, two entities with ties to the former Staubach Company. Rick also spent part of his career as a Director of Investment Management at the Archon Group (a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs), as Treasurer of Prentiss Properties (a publicly traded REIT), and as a lending Vice President at Bank of America and Societe Generale. Rick holds his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
