Richard Siedel, Jr.

Mr. Siedel has been our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since January 2016. Mr. Siedel is Senior Vice President of The RMR Group LLC and is responsible for all finance and accounting matters affecting healthcare real estate at RMR. In addition, Mr. Siedel is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT). Since joining RMR in 2013, Mr. Siedel has worked in various accounting leadership positions, including Controller of RMR and Chief Accounting Officer at Five Star Senior Living Inc. (Nasdaq: FVE). Prior to joining RMR, Mr. Siedel was Corporate Controller at Sensata Technologies (NYSE: ST) from 2010 to 2013 and was an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP from 2001 to 2010. Mr. Siedel is a certified public accountant.
