Bio
Mr. Siedel has been our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since our formation. He is also Senior Vice President of our manager, The RMR Group LLC (RMR) and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC). Prior to joining RMR in 2013, Mr. Siedel was Corporate Controller at Sensata Technologies (NYSE: ST) from 2010 to 2013 and was an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP from 2001 to 2010. Mr. Siedel is a certified public accountant and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
