Richard is a Senior Managing Director co-heads both the Atlanta and Nashville offices of JLL Capital Markets. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Atlanta office, he is primarily responsible for investment advisory transactions throughout the Southeastern United States with a focus on commercial properties.

During the course of his career, Richard has been involved in more than $4 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Before joining HFF in 2008, he worked at Staubach, Trammell Crow Company and Credit Suisse First Boston.
