Rick Reeves

Richard L. Reeves, MAI is a First Vice President with over 30 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Reeves is in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group's Orlando office in the Florida Region and has spent a majority of his professional career with CBRE, Inc. His primary geographical focus has been in Florida providing real estate appraisals, consultations and appraisal reviews.

Clients include financial institutions, developers, individual and corporate property owners, attorneys, city and county governments and state agencies. His appraisal experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including multi-family, office, retail, regional malls, industrial, hotels and motels, net-leased investments, medical office buildings, golf courses, shipyards, restaurants, residential and commercial subdivisions and other special purpose properties. In addition, he heads the "Multi-Housing" group in Orlando.

Mr. Reeves is a member of the Appraisal Institute with the MAI designation since 1988. In addition, he is a Certified General Appraiser-State of Florida and has a Florida Real Estate Broker's license.
