Richard Ratner

Richard J. Ratner is a Senior Vice President in CBRE's West Los Angeles office specializing in providing real estate advisory services, corporate transactional and management services to clients on a local, regional and national basis. Mr. Ratner specializes in advising and representing law, finance, real estate and technology companies, both public and private. Some of those clients include Banc of California (1 million square feet), Bain & Company, Bel-Air Investment Advisors, Emerson College, Fidelity Investments, Fortress Investment Group, Hudson Pacific Properties, Media Rights Capital, and Artisan Realty Advisors. He represents tenants in lease negotiations, renewals and relocations, building acquisitions and dispositions, sale/leasebacks and build-to-suits.
