Bio
Richard Previdi is a founder, Managing Partner and the Managing Operating Member of Alliance Partners. With over 30 years of real estate experience, Mr. Previdi personally has led the development, redevelopment, acquisition, capitalization, and leasing of over 25 million square feet of commercial property.
Mr. Previdi began his real estate career as a leasing agent and then a partner with Trammell Crow Company in the Washington DC region. Mr. Previdi was later founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wellsford Commercial Properties Trust, formed in a joint venture with Goldman Sachs Whitehall, and sole proprietor of Previdi Redevelopment equities, the operating partner in a joint venture with Corporate Office Properties Trust to redevelop properties in the Mid-Atlantic.
Mr. Previdi received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (1987), a JD from Georgetown University Law School (1980), and a bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) in economics from Hamilton College (1977).
