Richard Moran

Mr. Moran is the Founder of PERE Capital Partners, a placement firm specializing in providing capital market services to new & emerging commercial real estate sponsors engaged in equity offerings across the multifamily, retail, office & industrial asset classes. Over the past 30 years, he has held positions including President of Symetra Investment Services and SVP of Symetra Financial, SVP & Director of Investment Consulting at UBS and Managing Director of Asset Management at Bear Stearns. Richard began his career in the investment real estate industry in 1988 with a leading Los Angeles commercial real estate brokerage firm.

Mr. Moran earned a B.A. in economics at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1987 and holds FINRA series 7, 24, 63 & 65 licenses. He is a founding member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association and has served in securities industry leadership positions including FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) & SIFMA (Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association).
