Richard Mann

Richard is a founding partner of FD Stonewater and brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is charged with strategic and transactional leadership for many of the firm’s development, brokerage, and investment projects. His vast experience is utilized in a wide range of capacities, including Federal Government development, leasing, and investment pursuits, as well as in the structuring, acquisition, and capitalization of many of the firm’s investment and development projects. Richard is a recognized leader in the Federal Government real estate arena who brings invaluable insight into the process, politics, and strategy of federal real estate transactions. Much of Richard’s experience involves the new development of complex secure facilities to house members of the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense. He has completed over 500 transactions totaling more than 16 million square feet. Richard earned his B.S. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
