Rich made the decision to leave his position as Executive Vice President of Hardy Construction Services in 2005 to join the COR Development Company, LLC Team. Rich possesses a lifetime of experience in the Construction Industry. Rich is responsible for preparing preliminary budgets and cost estimates, developing bid forms, review of Tenant work exhibits, review and approval of Tenant and Landlord drawings, coordinating project turnovers with the Construction Department. Additionally, Rich is also involved in the design of the projects.
