Richard Knorr joined the Ontario, CA office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in December 2014 and has more than 12 years of commercial real estate finance experience. As a Director with MMCC, Mr. Knorr is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, seniors housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Knorr served as a Vice President with Johnson Capital as well as Principal of IBC Capital, a boutique commercial mortgage banking firm. He specializes in acquisition financing for permanent loans, construction financing and property repositioning, in addition to joint venture equity placement across asset classes nationwide.
