Richard A. Katz serves as Co-Principal of Rodeo Lending, a real estate mortgage lending firm and the Co-Fund Manager of Westridge Lending Fund, LLC. a commercial debt fund specializing in business purpose real estate financing. Rodeo Lending and Westridge Lending Fund specialize in residential fix and flips, residential rentals, as well as multi-family, office, retail, light industrial, self-storage, hospitality, skilled nursing homes, assisted living, and many more. Loans from $100,000.00 to $15 million. Richard has been involved in excess of $1,000,000,000 of private money loans. As a graduate from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Economics and Entrepreneurship. Richard has extensive experience in real estate finance, residential and commercial real estate management, general finance, management, economic cycles, and business development. He speaks about the private lending industry and real estate market throughout the country. Previously, Richard was the co-founder and CEO of a nationally recognized toner cartridge and inkjet manufacturer. Having built the company from scratch, he helped it to become one of the largest independent producers in the country. Richard is a black belt in karate and enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.
