Richard Kaelin

Richard Kaelin is originally from the Fairfield County area and attended the University of Connecticut where he pursued a degree in Civil Engineering, graduating in 2018. Rich has completed his Real Estate Principles & Practices and earned his Connecticut Real Estate Licence in the spring of 2017 allowing him to work on deals while completing his undergraduate education. As a Director for NAI Elite, Richard specializes in business development, assisting in driving sales, and researching potential investment opportunities with a strong focus on multi-family, retail, and office transactions.
