Richard Hickson

In October 2018, Richard was named Executive Vice President of Operations, with his principal duties including the oversight of all real estate operations and asset management for the Company. Richard joined Cousins in September 2016 as Senior Vice President responsible for asset management. Richard has more than 17 years of wide-ranging commercial real estate and finance experience gained through various roles at public and private real estate companies and financial institutions. Richard’s experience includes multiple operations and finance roles held between 2004 and 2012 at Parkway Properties, Inc. Richard initially joined Parkway as a Property Manager based in Atlanta, Georgia, after which he served in asset management, fund management, and senior management roles. Richard spent his last two years at Parkway as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to Parkway, Richard held various positions in the investment banking departments of both Lehman Brothers and First Union Securities.
