Richard joined Dallas's investment brokerage team in 2011. He brings a stellar track record to the table through his previous alliances with both The Milestone Group, where he led the acquisition team, and JPI, where he was an acquisition partner and Divisional Senior VP.

During his 25-year career, Richard has been responsible for over $1 billion in multifamily transactions; this includes ground-up new development, value-add acquisitions, and core asset acquisitions. Richard was an active leader within the National Multifamily Housing Council and is currently Chairman of the Regional Advisory Committee for Apartment Life. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University and received a master's degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
