Richard Demarco

During his twenty-year career in commercial real estate, Rich has been involved in a wide range of investment, asset management, and development activities within the hospitality, multifamily, and grocery-anchored retail asset classes. His development experience includes directing land use strategies and entitlements, financial modeling, overseeing architecture and design, implementing environmental sustainability programs, site level construction coordination and stabilizing new properties once completed. Over his career, Rich has been involved in over $750 million in acquisitions and dispositions and multiple developments including five award winning hospitality and multifamily projects in Florida and New York.
