Rick Daly has been with Darwin Realty & Development Corporation since 1988, has been a principal since 2003, and was named President in 2011. He is consistently one of the Chicagoland’s top brokers, as well as one of Darwin’s top three brokers year after year. His services include tenant representation, landlord leasing and sales, investment sales, land development, foreclosure and bankruptcy, and consultation. He has substantial experience representing multimodal logistics and fulfillment companies. Rick counsels clients within many industries, working with them to streamline operations to become more efficient, leading to higher productivity and lower occupancy costs. He enjoys partnering with his clients to help them solve real estate issues that continually arise due to growth in business. His strength is an ability to facilitate strategic and tactical planning and engage in a detailed negotiation process which allows each client to concentrate on their core business. Mr. Daly’s relationships consist of privately held companies as well as institutional clients, private equity firms and individual investors.
