Richard Boynton

Richard is responsible for overseeing all investments made by Fairfield, as well as helping to establish investment strategy, market selection, and underwriting guidelines for Fairfield’s investments. Richard joined Fairfield in 1995 and has been directly involved in the acquisition of over $20 Billion in multifamily properties for Fairfield and its investment partners. He is a member of Fairfield’s Investment Committee, Portfolio Committee, and Executive Committee. Richard graduated from the University of California, Berkeley where he earned a BS in economics.
