Active in the South Florida real estate community since 1980, Richard Bamonte has represented landlords and tenants in more than 500 transactions totaling over 3.5 million square feet of office space. His clients have included numerous institutional and entrepreneurial owners of South Florida office properties. Currently, he represents CBRE Global Investors, the owner of The Landing at MIA (formerly known as Airport Corporate Center), one of the foremost business parks in the Airport / Doral submarket featuring more than one million square feet of Class A and Class B office space. Richard also represents USAA Real Estate Company, the owner of Datran Center, a 490,000 square foot Class A office complex located in the Dadeland area.
