Richard Muller

Rich Muller is a registered architect that has been involved in the design, construction and real estate industries since 1993. In his role as Executive Vice President of Kansas City, Rich leads his team’s efforts to identify, investigate and deliver new build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities in Kansas City and throughout the surrounding region. At VanTrust, in collaboration with brokers, designers, end users, and the various local municipalities, Rich is actively involved in the development and redevelopment of a variety of product types including: office, industrial, multifamily and mixed-use projects. Rich is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Business Administration.
