Rhodes is a Senior Vice President of Lincoln Harris CSG. For the last 18-years, he has focused on Tenant Representation (including Build-to-Suit negotiations) and Site Acquisitions/Dispositions for national healthcare companies, hospital systems, REIT’s and local owners/physicians. In his 28-year career, Rhodes has been directly responsible for closing over 1,000 commercial transactions in over 120 markets in all 50 states, representing over 7 million square feet with a transactional value in excess of $800 million.
