Rex Huddleston

Rex Huddleston is a Senior Associate at Velocis, where he is responsible for supporting management in the processes of underwriting and analyzing potential real estate investments. Prior to Velocis, Huddleston served as an Analyst at Iron Point Partners, a private equity real estate fund manager with offices in Dallas and Washington, D.C., where he worked with the acquisitions and asset management groups in various capacities. He also served as a multifamily and investment sales intern at Transwestern. Huddleston holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business.
