Bio
A Seattle native, Renee Evans came to URG as one of its first employees after five years at Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP). She plays a key role as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Leadership in representing URG to employees and prospective employees and shaping company culture. Her responsibilities include recruitment, compensation program management and implementation, employee relations, performance management, HR consultation and conflict resolution, risk management and compliance, and training and development. Renee hails from a family of builders and has been involved in the real estate development industry for most of her life. She started her career at CB Richard Ellis, then moved to Spieker Properties in Downtown Bellevue. At EOP, she helped manage operations for a 1.6 million square foot portfolio in Bellevue, Washington prior to assuming primary management support to EOP’s Senior Vice President and the Regional Leadership Team. A passionate supporter of Seattle’s civic vitality, Renee is a participant and advocate for positive community organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, Downtown Seattle Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound, Greater Seattle Business Association, United Way, Society for Human Resources Management and proudly serves as a board member for the Joshua Green Foundation.
