Reid Townsend

Reid Townsend, co-founder of MRP Industrial (MRP Realty affiliate), primarily manages the sourcing, underwriting, design, construction and leasing of the MRP Industrial portfolio. Recent projects have included such notable tenants as Amazon, FedEx Ground, L’Oreal, Kuehne & Nagel, VF Outdoor, Mattel, The Kellogg Company, The Container Store, Dell Computers, and La-Z-Boy. Reid has 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has managed the development of approximately 18 million square feet of projects valued at more than $1.0 Billion. Prior to MRP Industrial, Reid served as the Maryland/Pennsylvania Partner for Panattoni Development Company and Senior Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic development team at Trammell Crow Company in Washington D.C. Reid received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and his MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
