Reid Freeman joined Stream in 2014 and currently serves as a Vice President for the firm's office division. His primary focus is developing and executing leasing strategies on behalf of existing clients. Additionally, Reid focuses on growing Stream's presence in the Denver market, and identifying strategic investment opportunities for Stream's clients.

In 2016, Reid negotiated lease transactions representing over $42,000,000 of aggregate value added for Stream's clients.

Prior to joining Stream, Reid worked at CBRE where he gained experience in Research, Property Management, Office Leasing, Investment Sales, and Debt & Structured Financing.

Stream began with a vision. Not one focused on bricks and mortar, but one with people at its foundation. It was that vision that our co-founders, Mike McVean and Lee Belland, set out to accomplish when they launched Stream Realty Partners (Stream) in 1996.

Over two decades later, Stream has become a leading commercial real estate services organization working for owners, investors and occupants. With an operational area covering some of the most active real estate markets coast to coast, we’ve grown from two co-founders in Dallas, Texas to 900 talented individuals in offices across the nation.
