Reagan Shanley

Reagan Shanley is responsible for the Industrial Development Group within OmniTRAX. In addition to his role with OmniTRAX, Reagan is a member of the BREG Management Committee helping to facilitate the coordinated efforts of OmniTRAX and BREG in the pursuit of Industrial Development opportunities and to assist BREG with business development initiatives within the real estate investment management business. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Experience Reagan was previously Senior Vice President with Colony Northstar, Inc. in New York. Prior to that, Reagan was with Capmark Finance, LLC as an Executive Vice President where he co-managed the restructuring and liquidation of a $2.5B portfolio of industrial, condominium, multi-family and office property and loans across the United States. Reagan also spent seven years as a Managing Director of RBS Greenwich Capital where he was responsible for business development, origination, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management of over $4 billion of debt and preferred equity investments. Education Reagan holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an emphasis in Commercial Real Estate.
