Read Talley joined Holladay Properties’ Nashville development group as a VP - Development in 2019. He is a licensed architect, and received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee in 2007. His real estate development career began in 2014, and includes experience in multi-family housing, hospitality and student housing.
