Raymond Nafash

Mr. Nafash is the Chief Financial Officer of Ivy Realty. Since joining Ivy in 1997, Mr. Nafash is credited with having developed a financial department to service Ivy’s owned and managed real estate portfolio and Fund management business. Mr. Nafash is responsible for Ivy’s operating and financial internal control procedures and the oversight of all accounting, tax and reporting requirements of Ivy’s three real estate funds, management company and portfolio entities, as well as investor communications. In addition, Mr. Nafash is an integral part of the acquisition, disposition and financing of all investments in the Ivy portfolio.

In November 2011, Mr. Nafash completed the application process for Ivy to become a registered investment advisor (“RIA”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Nafash, in his capacity as the Chief Compliance Officer for Ivy’s RIA, is responsible for all regulatory compliance requirements.

From 1992 through 1996, Mr. Nafash was the Controller of Professional Sports Care Management, Inc. ("PSCM"). His achievements at PSCM included developing all aspects of a financial department, designing extensive management reports, completion of an initial public offering prospectus and all other SEC reporting requirements and implementing an effective system of internal accounting controls. Mr. Nafash was also an integral part of the acquisition and start-up of over thirty entities where his responsibilities included development and execution of due diligence protocol.

Mr. Nafash is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Ramapo College in 1989.
