Raymond Levy

Raymond has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate investment and management industries and has cultivated long-standing relationships with prominent third-party national brokerage firms, financial institutions, and institutional and private investors. Over the course of his career, Raymond has transacted over 20 million square feet of real estate with property values well in excess of $1 billion. As Managing Principal of Unilev, Raymond is responsible for the operation of more than 6 million square feet of real estate assets and directs a staff of more than 50 professionals across multiple divisions, including acquisitions, asset management, property management, accounting, leasing, construction and engineering services. He works closely with the senior staff of Unilev and draws on his relationships to identify stable and lucrative investment opportunities. Raymond is committed both personally and professionally to the success of all Unilev investments. His significant experience, skill and hands-on management approach are key factors underlying Unilev’s record of delivering success for its clients and investors.
