As a First Vice President with over 11 years of brokerage experience at CBRE, Ray has an exclusive focus on single tenant net leased properties and has served as a trusted advisor to his clients by utilizing his comprehensive market knowledge and leveraging the strength of the CBRE Net Lease Property Group platform. His clients consist of local, regional and national companies as well as individual and institutional owners of single tenant properties that require the highest quality marketing capabilities in the sale of their assets. The overal group consists of ten senior level professionals in select major metropolitan areas around the country that are dedicated exclusively to the sale of single tenant properties. Since the groups inception they have closed over 1,500 single tenant transactions valued at over $13 billion.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Romano spent five years as an acquisitions specialist in the telecom industry. He was an Acquisitions Specialist for Pinnacle Towers and then Director of Acquisitions for Richland Towers specializing in identifying acquisition opportunities of existing telecom towers and buildings and then negotiating transactions to the benefit of his employer.

Sold a 146,000 square foot single tenant distribution facility in Orlando occupied by Georgia Pacific.
Sold a 46,800 square foot single tenant distribution facility in Orlando occupied by Forward Air.
Sold a 26,000 square foot single tenant retail facility in Orlando occupied by Goodyear.
