Ravi S Anand

Ravi is Executive Vice President, Head of US private CRE debt at PIMCO. Previously, he was a First Vice President (Investments) with the CIM Group, a real estate private equity firm based in Los Angeles, with over $20B of AuM. Prior to CIM, Ravi spent 10 years with GE Capital Real Estate in their large loan/institutional accounts team. While at GE, Ravi was directly responsible for reviewing over $50B of opportunities and closing over $5B. Prior to joining GE, Ravi was a Senior Associate with Sterling Equities, a CRE investment platform sponsored and managed by the Wilpon Family (owners of the New York Mets). Ravi is a graduate of New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
